FAQs about Broiler Poultry Farming Industry and why you should invest/partner with Klinergy Agri Corp.

1. How long has Klinergy Agri Corp. been involved in Broiler Poultry Growing?

Klinergy Agri Corp. is a recently established venture; however, the founders immersed themselves in broiler poultry production from 2017 to 2020 at a different poultry location, as evidenced by our Two Angels Poultry Facebook page. Subsequently, from 2020 to 2021, we diversified into small-scale dressing and live chicken sales using tangkal trucks.

2. How do you view the legitimacy of poultry farms on social media offering high-interest returns?

We advise caution when encountering poultry farms promising unrealistically high monthly returns. While the broiler poultry business is proven to be profitable, committing to exorbitant monthly interest rates raises concerns. We refrain from such practices and prioritize transparent returns through legal contracts, regular reporting, and direct access to farm operations for our investor partners.

3. How profitable is the broiler poultry business?

The broiler poultry business is reasonably profitable, and detailed financials will be shared exclusively with serious potential partners. Despite its profitability, the industry faces challenges such as smuggling and price manipulation, issues that recent governmental actions have aimed to address.

4. Will we be engaged in commercial growing or as a contract grower, and do you have a preferred poultry integrator?

Given market trends and the current poultry pricing observed in 2023, our preference in the meantime is to engage in contract growing with a reliable poultry integrator not until we has set up our support (poultry integrated businesses, ie. Mini feed mill, trucking/hauling/ chicken dressing etc…,). This choice underlines our search for investor/partners.

5. How substantial are imports, and how does it impact local poultry growers?

Smuggling of prohibited chicken meat has historically impacted local growers. Industry groups like the Philippine Poultry Alliance actively address such issues, and recent government actions have helped curb smuggling for the benefit of local farmers.

6. How can investors be assured of transparency and protection from scams or fraud?

Comprehensive measures are in place to prevent fraud, scams, or untoward business practices. These include transparent reporting, access to farm CCTV monitoring, and direct communication with the Farm Manager and Assistant Manager. Additional safeguards are encouraged to protect the interests of all partners.

7. How competent is the management/operations team?

Klinergy Agri Corp. prioritizes hiring knowledgeable and professional personnel, while also emphasizing training and development within the organization. Teamwork is vital in our business, and all farm crew members are entitled to growth incentives.

8. Does your current scale have potential for growth, and is the business limited to broiler chicken growing?

Recognizing the value of our farm crew, we offer pay rates and benefits slightly above industry average to ensure their well-being and business success.

10. What percentage of the company are the current owners willing to allow for new partners?

A: The current owners are open to relinquishing up to 50% or more, and all terms are subject to negotiation.
